Quick Food is a food-delivery super-app for Myanmar — discover nearby restaurants, order like you would on UberEats or Grab, pay by cash, wallet, e-wallet or buy-now-pay-later credit, and watch your rider arrive on a live map.
It is built from three Flutter apps — a customer app, a merchant POS app and a biker app — all connected over SignalR WebSockets for realtime updates. I worked on the mobile side and focused on the customer app, where I personally engineered the live order tracking, in-app VoIP calling and the ML-Kit KYC credit flow.

Customer app

KYC & pay-later credit
Verify identity with on-device Google ML Kit face detection and ID/data recognition to unlock a buy-now-pay-later credit line.
Delivery preview
Confirm the delivery address on a map, add a note to the biker and review the full breakdown before checkout.
Promo codes & vouchers
Apply discount codes or pick from available coupons, with clear validity and minimum-spend rules.
Realtime order status
A live status timeline — placed, preparing, biker assigned, on the way, delivered — driven over SignalR.
Live rider tracking
Watch your biker move along the route on a live map with a constantly updating ETA, all the way to your door.
In-app VoIP calling
Call your biker directly inside the app over WebRTC peer-to-peer voice — no phone number shared, engineered from scratch.
Push & in-app messages
Order and delivery updates arrive as FCM push notifications and collect in an in-app message inbox.
Location & address picker
Pin your delivery spot on a Google map with geolocation, so nearby restaurants and accurate delivery fees show up instantly.

What I owned
- • Led development of the customer app — the main consumer product — building the full food-ordering experience (discovery, cart, checkout and payments) in the style of UberEats and Grab.
- • Engineered realtime live order tracking with Google Maps, the Geolocation / Places APIs and OpenStreetMap, showing the biker's live location and a continuously updating ETA.
- • Personally engineered in-app VoIP voice calling between customer and biker over WebRTC peer-to-peer.
- • Built and integrated KYC identity verification using Google ML Kit on-device face detection and ID/data recognition, powering a buy-now-pay-later credit feature.
- • Integrated realtime notifications (FCM push + SignalR) for order and delivery status, plus the in-app message inbox.
- • Contributed to portions of the merchant (POS) and biker apps, all built around the shared SignalR realtime backbone.
