The public marketing site for ShweStream — a bilingual (Burmese / English) Next.js 16 landing page for a Myanmar movie & series streaming service. Server-rendered for speed and SEO, it showcases the catalog, subscription pricing and cross-platform download options, then routes visitors to the App Store, Google Play, an Android APK or the web app.

I designed and built it end to end: a Tailwind v4 design system with a synchronized light/dark theme, a custom Burmese/English localization layer, and content-driven sections — shipped as a lean standalone Docker build.

What I owned

  • • Designed and built the bilingual marketing site end to end in Next.js 16 (App Router, SSR) to drive streaming sign-ups and installs.
  • • Created a Tailwind v4 design system with CSS-variable tokens and a synchronized light/dark theme via next-themes.
  • • Implemented a server-read locale cookie for Burmese/English rendering with correct Myanmar/Latin typography.
  • • Built content-driven catalog, pricing and download sections with responsive device mockups.
  • • Shipped a standalone Docker build wired to the ShweStream brand and store links.
